Linh & Mike

After two years full of challenges of planning a wedding in Vietnam from overseas, our wedding was everything we could have asked for and this was all thanks to the dream team that we were lucky to find and work with.

Phuong and her team are so professional, knowledgeable, and organized. From the first meeting until now, we only have good things to say about Phuong and the team.

During planning, Phuong had clear timeline, and division of tasks which gave me peace of mind that things are being taken care of, from venue and vendor negotiations, mood board and decoration, to logistics of guests. All were taken care of by Phuong and the team. Everything was finalized weeks before the wedding so I could enjoy our pre-wedding trip to relax. Honestly, during the whole planning process, before I met Phuong, I was told by different planners that planners are actually not responsible for setting mood board or negotiating with vendors to get us the best deals among other to dos. I was disappointed thinking those were wedding industry standards. However, Phuong went above and beyond to make our wedding truly the best day of our lives.

We also got several issues with the tea ceremony (planned by someone else), our guests’ travel issues, and Phuong helped us troubleshoot and resolve.

On the day of, a playlist full of my favourite songs was played while I got ready. I also got my feet burnt from the hot balcony of our suite, had hair in my eyes, and got bad allergy from the alcohol. All was resolved quickly and effectively by Phuong’s team so I could go back and enjoy the day fully.

Majority of our guests and my in laws flew into Vietnam so it was important that they were well taken care of. Our guests were very impressed with Phuong, and they are still speaking about Phuong whenever we chat about the wedding/their first time in Asia.

My partner and I have concluded that if you are to do a wedding in Vietnam, have TP Wedding Planner as your planner, or just forget it.
